Europe ITF Taekwon-do Federation

EITF Competition Course was held in Jesolo, Italy  from 24th to 26th of February 2023.
This 1st edition of the EITF Competition Course was an opportunity for umpires and coaches to fully understand the ambition and objectives of the EITF Tournament and Umpire Committee, as well as to share their opinions and ideas on the EITF development.
Discussion was based around understanding the ITF Tournament Rules, protocols, and expected behaviours of all EITF members involved in a European Championships.
EITF needs to be a progressive and forward-thinking arm of the ITF, and this was a fantastic opportunity to hear and understand the coach's and umpires' points of view. We need to hear firsthand what ideas, suggestions, or indeed problems our members have that affect their participation at International level. During the EITF Competition Course in Jesolo, some important points were pointed out. A SWOT analysis of EITF was used as a platform for discussion on EITF activities, new projects, and proposals. This will, of course, be a stepping stone to start developing a strategy for further activities. 
According to the participants' opinion, this course was very useful and successful. We would like to thank everybody who attended and made this course a resounding success.
