Bulgarian Taekwon-Do ITF Federation invite you to attend the ITF International Umpire Course, conducted by EITF President and Deputy Chairman of the ITF Umpire Committee Grand Master Michael E. Prewett and International Instructors Course, conducted by and Chirman of the ITF Tournament Committee Grand Master Kim Ung Chol, to be held from 16th to 18th February 2018 in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.

TRANSPORTATION The transportation from Sofia Airport to Blagoevgrad and back will be charge 10€ per person.

COSTS Seminar o 8th Gup – 1st Gup: €30 o 1st & 2nd Degree (ITF membership booklet holders): €60 o 1st & 2nd Degree (non-booklet holders): €80 o 3rd Degree & above (ITF Membership booklet holders): €100 o 3rd Degree & above (non-booklet holders): €130 International Instructor Course and International Umpire Seminar o ITF Booklet Holders: €100.00 o Non-holders of ITF Booklets: €150.00 Certificates – All Certificate fees to be paid to, and processed by the participant’s relevant NGB o International Instructor Certificate Fee (for 1st time attendees): €250 o International Umpire certificate class B (ITF booklet holders) €80 o International Umpire certificate class A (ITF booklet holders) €150 *Participation at the Technical Seminar is mandatory in order to participate the International Instructor and Umpire Course (IIC)!
